Terms of service
These terms describe the current MingleStage pilot operated by Soursea LLC. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and to share only content you have permission to show.
What the pilot provides
Members may create public or password-protected rooms, upload supported personal media and animated GLB characters, and participate in shared playback. Guests may join and react but cannot host or upload. The pilot does not provide voice chat, paid events, or billing.
Your account and content
Keep your sign-in credentials and room passwords private. You are responsible for the content you upload or share and for obtaining the rights needed for a group screening. Do not upload unlawful content, sensitive personal information, or files you are not allowed to share.
You retain rights in your content. You permit us to process it only as needed to provide the room, playback, safety, and recovery functions described in the privacy policy. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded media or characters.
Safety and moderation
Do not harass others, evade access controls, disrupt the service, or abuse reports. Hosts may remove participants; operators may restrict accounts, close rooms, and review reports to protect the service. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Temporary service and changes
This is an early pilot. Rooms and ordinary uploaded video files are temporary and may disappear when the server restarts. Keep your original files. Features, limits, and availability may change during testing. We will describe material changes to these terms on this page.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use MingleStage. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms.
YouTube content
YouTube videos play through YouTube's embedded player and remain subject to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). MingleStage does not charge for watching YouTube content.
Copyright and DMCA
We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Send a notice to the contact address below with the subject "DMCA Notice", including: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the material and where it appears (for example the room link); your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner.
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soursea LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, and its total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
